Meet Our Pine Haven Family Medicine Team

    Dr. John Slatosky

    Dr. John Slatosky is a board-certified family physician with over 25 years of experience delivering comprehensive, high-impact care to patients aged 3 and up. A graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Pittsburgh Mercy Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Slatosky is known for his sharp diagnostic acumen and unwavering clinical integrity.

    Jamie Stout

    Jamie started working at Pine Haven Family Medicine in 2022 after deciding to make a career change.  She enjoys working in a smaller environment and the small town charm of the patients in Randleman. “Dr. Slatosky cares about his patients which adds to the pleasant environment.”

    Sharon Cheek

    Sharon started working here in the fall of 2024. She has been in many different medical environments, but was drawn here because of the smaller practice. “I like working with Dr. Slatosky and being able to make a difference in the patients lives.”

    Crystal Wiker

    Crystal began working here in the Spring of 2023. She started in the medical field 25 years ago in the Army. "I am passionate about always helping and caring for others.  I love working at Pine Haven Family Medicine and how it’s giving back to the local folks around here."

    Carrie Slatosky

    Carrie has been working at Pine Haven Family Medicine since January 2017. She came on board as a billing specialist and later moved to serving as the Office Manager, where she is able to apply her administrative skills and knowledge of insurance. "I love what Pine Haven Family Medicine offers and I have the utmost respect for the relationships that have been built and maintained within these walls over the years. Dr. Slatosky exudes honesty, servitude, and a humbleness that I absolutely find genuine. I've been blessed to know all the many ways Dr. Slatosky has reached our community and all the ways the community has trusted him.
